Hi everyone, I'm excited to share my experience of using ground coffee to exfoliate and nourish my skin. I hope that this information will be helpful for you as well.
During the summer season, everyone gets concerned how to take care of their skin and don't know where to start?
Well, then I'm here to solve some problems with skin, but not mathematics. :)
Ground coffee is good for exfoliating and brightening your skin. I have tried the three methods like scrub, face pack, and night care gel using coffee powder.
Scrub
It is good practice to exfoliate regularly to fight some common skin issues on your nose like blackheads, whiteheads, and open pores. The below face scrub is very gentle and you can prepare it using just two ingredients.
Ingredients
Ground coffee - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - required enough
Directions
Mix the mentioned ingredients and apply it on your face.
With gentle pressure by using your pinky finger, rub your face with much patience and wash thoroughly with water.
Face pack
Gram flour and turmeric is one of the most commonly used face mask around India. I added coffee powder to this traditional mask and was astonished to see how radiant my skin looked after using this mask. Gram flour and coffee are like super buddies to exfoliate your skin.
Ingredients
Gram flour - 1 tbsp
turmeric - a pinch
ground coffee - 2 tsp
milk, rose water, or plain water - required enough
Directions
Mix all the mentioned ingredients and apply it on your face.
Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and wash it thoroughly with water.
Night care gel
Aloe Vera is the supreme of the botanical garden. It is effective to heal skin blemishes and make it soft. Aloe Vera and coffee is my favorite combination of all time. I use this gel regularly before going to bed.
Ingredients
Aloe vera - 1 cup
Ground coffee - 1 tbsp
Directions
Blend all the mentioned ingredients and apply it on your face before going to bed.
