Hi everyone, I'm excited to share about my favorite healthy drink and that is, "Hibiscus tea". It is filled with antioxidants. I've been growing hibiscus plant in my garden for 5 to 6 months and I never knew about the hibiscus tea. After knowing how to do it. I did some experiment and I came to know how it is being done.
You can use dry and fresh hibiscus both taste similar. I tried both of them and I came to know, by adding hot or cold water, dried hibiscus take some time to infuse the water. Fresh hibiscus infused quickly than dried hibiscus. so you can make hibiscus tea even in rush, and it is totally healthy and refreshing.

Benefits
The benefits of hibiscus tea is good. You can also make it as a cool beverage for summer, and hot tea for winter the taste is similar to cranberries due to its tart yet sweet flavor. You can even add honey to enhance the sweetness as you desire.
It helps to lower your LDL Cholesterol level, aids your weight loss, maintains your blood pressure and sugar level, and helps with menstruation cramp, hibiscus appears to be a good friend to the entire urinary tract, and helps with hair growth and many more.
And the only side effect is it might cause transient dizziness and fatigue due to its effect on blood pressure. To be safe, no more than about two quarts (cups) a day for adults, or one quart (cup) a day for kids or pregnant women.
