Flax seed face pack for soft and supple skin

Back, to the topic! I have been experimenting now a days to treat skin problems, like we usually have, like acne, blemishes, blackheads etc. I have came up with this new DIY for skincare, that to using flax seed powder.
You might land on my blog for getting some skincare tips to, you know make your skincare routine a little more fun and interesting. Well then, I’m here to share this DIY for your skincare routine.
Benefits
Flax seed powder - Flax seeds have high amount of omega 3 fatty acid, which is good for your skin. It helps to nourish your skin, and control oil on your skin. It helps to treat acne, blemishes and many more. The seeds themselves replenish vitamins and minerals in the skin so it looks radiantly healthy.
Turmeric – Treats skin infection and acne problems.
Milk - It comprises lactic acid, which helps in getting an even skin tone and moisturizes your skin.
Ingredients
Flax seed powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – pinch
Milk - required enough
Direction
Mix all the ingredients and make it in into a smooth paste. You can refrigerate it for 5 minutes for the cooling effect on your skin.
Wash your face with your favourite face wash before applying the pack on your face.
Apply the pack on your face for 15 – 20 minutes and wash your face with plain water.
My result
I encourage you a lot to make this DIY. It doesn’t matter what your skin type is. My skin felt really soft and fresh, acne and blemishes have started to heal and my skin is now glowing.
