For me, using milk in simple way is cost effective and effective for our skin.

Milk has many benefits to treat your skin problems. Milk is packed with vitamin A, D, K, E, Potassium, lactic acid, Calcium, Magnesium. This makes milk a mild exfoliating and hydrating agent. Milk also contains retinol, a known anti-aging and skin-restoring antioxidant.


Milk is indeed a beneficial ingredient for your skincare routine. But, Make sure that, you are not allergic to milk.

Milk, treats your acne problem with ease. It contains healthy fat that soothes skin and also lubricates it. It treats your dry skin, wrinkles, and fine lines. Milk creates a thin protein film that protects skin and cools off burning.

Ingredients

Milk – 2-3 tbsp

Turmeric – pinch

You can adjust the quantities of all the mentioned ingredients.

Direction

Mix all the ingredients. You can also refrigerate it for 5 minutes for the cooling effect on your skin.

Wash your face before applying it on your skin.

Use a cotton swab or a cotton ball to apply it on your skin.

Dry it for 5 minutes and wash it with plain water.

Ingredients

Gram flour – 1 tbsp

Turmeric – pinch

Milk – required enough

You can adjust the quantity of all the mentioned ingredients.

Direction

Mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste. You can also refrigerate it for 5 minutes for the cooling effect on your skin.

Wash your face before applying it on your face.

Apply the pack on your face and let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes and wash it with plain water.

Simple way no 3

Ingredients

Rice flour – 1 tbsp

Milk – Required enough

Turmeric – pinch (optional)

Direction

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate it for 5 minutes for the cooling effect on your skin.

Wash your face before applying the pack.

Apply it on your face, and you can also scrub it all over your face with gentle pressure. Leave it for 5 minutes or less than 5 minutes and wash it with plain water.

My results

It is absolutely simple and easy to make. My skin turned out to be soft, rejuvenated and has a radiant glow.
