Face Pack for treating oily skin

Hi everyone, I'm happy to share about "Bentonite clay". I have seen my sister and my brother using this as face pack, and it was quite useful for both of my elder siblings. But I didn't use because, I was very young. Now, I started to use bentonite clay on my skin and it is very useful.

Bentonite clay is easily available at markets and departmental stores. The benefits of Bentonite clay helps you to have a clean skin, it removes dirt, absorbs oil, toxins on your skin. It is also said that it has been used for thousands of years.

Bentonite clay contains natural minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and iron which may provide additional benefits. Bentonite has also been shown to be an effective healing ingredient on your skin. Bentonite clay is also, found in skincare products and individual powder as well.

I also read that bentonite clay is edible, It is used to eat for removing toxins in your body and clean the digestive system. But, I don't know how far it is true, if You know then, please share your ideas on comment box below.

My simple one ingredient recipe is Bentonite clay and rose water, you can even add water and use your creativity to add more ingredients like honey, turmeric and so on.

Ingredients

Bentonite clay (Multan motti) - 1 tbsp

Rose water or plain water - required enough

Direction

Take a bowl and add Bentonite clay, (Multan motti) and rose water or plain water.

Mix thoroughly in order to avoid any lumps.

Wash your face with your favorite face wash before applying the pack on your face.

Apply it on your face for 5 to 10 minutes and wash your face.
